RK3399 Sapphire and Excavator board is the official open source development and evaluation board for RK3399 from Rockchip. It is the best platform to evaluate and develop products based on RK3399. It fully shows the performance and high integration of the RK3399 SoC. The EVB is deigned in module, with Sapphire as the core board and Excavator as the base board, connected with a MXM 310 connector. The Sapphire core board can work stand alone.

Note:

Firmware downloading/upgrading via USB type C port, a USB type C to type A cable is required to upgrade firmware from PC.

The UART console baud rate speed is 1.5M, make sure your USB to TTL support 1.5M baud rate.
